Pros

Memory foam pieces in this pillow allow you to still fluff the pillow and get the right combination of firmness and softness. Can easily adjust the firmness for your comfort.

This pillow is very soft, yet not too soft. It is much cooler than my last pillow and i'm really enjoying using it.

I was able to kinda squish it to be a better thickness. I love how you can add or subtract the stuffing and boy is it stuffed.

I have severe arthritis, narrowing of cervical spinal canal with spurs add cyst inside spinal cord. It is very supportive and helps with posture. It cradles your head.

Cons

It's a bit concerning since i don't know how safe this is, especially if breathed in, or ingested accidentally by a kid. Flattens down way too much for a side sleeper.

I have tried a lot of memory foam pillows and this one is one of the best in terms of quality and comfort.

I like the size and firmness of the shredded memory foam and no odor.

All 3 of us removed about a gallon bag of the foam over the first 2 weeks to get the pillow to our comfort level.

This is a much better value for the money and it’s so comfortable!
