I was daunted by the size, but after using it, fell totally in love. I like how adjustable the firmness is. The memory foam pieces in this pillow allow you to still fluff the pillow and get the right combination of firmness and softness.

It really cradles my head and neck quite comfortably. I have severe arthritis, narrowing of cervical spinal canal with spurs add cyst inside spinal cord.

The pillow is well crafted, strong zipper, and no weird smell. Has its own zipper covering. It's squished down and packaged tightly in a plastic bag. The double cover zips securely.

You can add or subtract the stuffing. I take out some of the stuffing and save it for when the pillow starts to flatten. One is usually not enough, but two is nearly always too much.

This pillow feels all soft and fluffy, but it has almost no support. Flattens down way too much for a side sleeper. By the morning my head is in a crater.

Description and pictures are very misleading. Very disappointing, especially for the price paid. Pillow cover has very interesting design, but once you put a pillow cover, that is totally irrelevant.
