This frame was one of the few which checked most boxes and we are happy with the decision.
Overall i'm satisfied with the purchase and makes my new bed look great.
They were very careful with the package delivery.
Customer service interaction was pleasant as well!

Not a big deal though, and for the price i am impressed.
It would have cost twice the price from other sources.

Cons:whether purchasing frame, headboard or the combo the availability and shipping dates were all over the place.

Nice bed for the money the package was pretty beat up when it was delivered to my door but luckily the bed itself only had a few tears in it that were located on the inside where they won’t be seen

I did have to go out and get some cement board to lay over the slats then the mattress went on top of the board

It cost me about 10 extra but i feel like my king size flippable pillow top mattress would have sunk between the slats had i not put the cement board down first

The second bed malouf sent me their customer service was wonderful had a bed and legs but no hardware

I now have two huge beds i’m unable to use so i guess they’ll have to be firewood
