The waistband is stretchy and the fabric is cozy. They are very breathable and lightweight.

Cons

The product description is a lie, this is a cotton/polyester blend. The cotton fabric is soft, but be aware that the heather gray is only 88% cotton & 12% polyester. Shrink after wash.
