The directions are basically non existent but it is very simple if you look at the photo. Pre-assembling joints with loose bolts, then drawing parts together evenly makes assembly easier and minimizes risk of distortion. Hex heads are 17mm.

My husband weighs about 200 lbs and this shakes almost too much for him to use it.

An easilymissed design feature not mentioned ether in the description or in the instructions is that the adjustment knobs will tighten against the adjustable riser making it secure

Negativesa few small scratches in coating might cause minor rust and there is a possibility that the six tightfitting “uchannel” connections might rub off coating during assembly they are a tight fit
