I called them right after i bought the tag on amazon and gave them the info i wanted on the tag and they were able to get it all on

The seller didnt specify how many characters will fit on the tag

I did have alternate requests if it didnt all fit like just have my address and my phone number and if that didnt fit either just my pets name and our phone number

Im not sure how the engraving will hold up as it seems like the tag may scratch this happened to our old tag
