Pros
Item fit my vulcan 1700 classic. Took a little work to align all 4 holes. It fits exactly outside of the * bar bracket and just inside the saddlebag brackets.
Cons
This rack is heavy steel but a very weak weld. And they send you a shipping label with no phone number to contact them!

Great fit, strong, and looks better than i thought.
Works and looks great on 2012 vulcan,a little tight but bolts up fine,good deal
3 of the pieces consist of sissy bar, bracket to fender and the side reflector.
I had bought a bracket on ebay from a different supplier and had to return it, wasn't sized correctly (1/4") and was impossible to install.

I was a bit concerned because the shipping box was damaged to the point that the mounting brackets were sticking out of the box.

There were no installation guides so you have to figure out out yourself

Do not splay out the flange supports or you might break the 90 degree weld

I did it without assistance with nudging slowly with a rubber mallet and awl to align the holes

Used lock tight for the vibration and tightened right up
