The goodthe price the flexibility of the design and the sturdiness of the constructionthe badthe instructions were clearly written by a nonenglish speaker sample phrase the wall installed tv bracket must be firmness and tightness and no im not making that up so theyre pretty much useless and the screw heads are very cheaply made and therefore very easily stripped

This means that even though the wall screwsmount was perfectly perpendicular the monitor would not be exactly level

Second after several tilt adjustments up and down the tilt bolt gets loose so you need to use the provided wrench to tighten the bolt and hold the set at the desired tilt angle
