When i put it on i cleaned the dash well let it dry and put it on leaving the actual unit off to let it get hold over night

The next day when i used it i put it on the magnet which held it great but when i left my car outside for a few hours i am in florida and temperatures were near 100f outside with very high humidity likely over 120f in the car the whole unit was on the floor

It seemed the nfc was programmed wrong as my phone was just turn off the screen and force itself locked every time it went near the device so it has an nfc tag in it it just isnt programmed correctly

It automatically reconnects to your phone when you get in the car though so its really no big deal at all

The device will time out if no phone connects to it a few minutes after the car starts up

It appears the only way to get the device back on is to unplug it and plug it back in

It also has a microphone for hands free calls that works well but it has to be near you for it to hear so i use my normal motorola hands free on my visor and in my android phone just set this device for phone audio only

The others make you plug in an aux cord to your phone this one doesnt
