Voltage Leakage Solution
Customers have reported that the LUT-MLC device effectively solves voltage leakage issues in their Lutron Caseta switches and fixtures, allowing lights to fully turn off when switched off. Some customers were surprised by the need for this solution due to previous assumptions about neutral requirements for certain switch installations.
Neutral Wire Requirement
Customers have had mixed experiences with the Lutron LUT-MLC's neutral wire requirement for using energy-efficient LED bulbs without interfering with sleep or other electronics. Some found success by installing it in a junction box before the LED lights, while others encountered issues with their specific dimmer models and had to return the product. Overall, users have reported quieter operation and improved compatibility with LED bulbs when following the neutral wire requirement.
Ghosting Reduction
Customers have mixed opinions regarding the ghosting reduction feature of Lutron LUT-MLC. While some report significant improvement in eliminating ghosting, others experienced unexpected dimming or flickering issues after installation.
