Very timely response, and excellent costumer service. Silky soft out of box and after a couple of washes. I wash often and put in drier, and they still work fantastically.
It’s stretchy and has a zipper. The softness is incredible. Smooth fabric, soft, cool, and zippered.
I still have bedhead but that's more to due with my unruly curls! I sleep very warm & these are everything they're supposed to be. Less sweating in my sleep and very comfortable.
Cons
Pillows feel cool to the touch at first but once u place your face on them the coolness goes away within less than a minute. The zipper is too small. A ziplock bag is terrible to ship out a product!

Its definitely soft no doubt its got a nice feel to it but its definitely not a highly rated cooling pillow quite like it advertises
