Pros

Trays can be placed below a table or on top of it. It frees up my desktop of the clutter. It also looks sleek and discreet under my desk.

This contraption easily attaches to the lip edge on my desk using a c-clamp device. The * fit it very securely. No more having to use velcro to attach these items under your desk.

Trays are easy to assemble with very good instructions. Tools are wrench and philips screwdriver. I am in the process of separating and rewiring everything.

Didnt need the tools since everything felt stable just fingertight

One of the biggest thing is that if you dont velcro your outlet or usb hubs to your desk its probably dangling in the air and could possibly bend or ruin your portscords that it is running from

A downside though is that you have to use screws to connect the various pieces together

For instance if the side of the desk where you want this installed is against a wall dealing with the screws might be very awkward
