These lights were easy to install, and the app control is a nice touch and works well.
These lights are some of the most advanced connected lighting systems available for home use as of this writing.
Out of many of the recessed lights i've installed over the last year in particular, these rank up there at the top.
Installation is easy, just make sure you have enough headroom in the ceiling for the control boxes (about 3" should be enough).
Price
But if want to be able to control them using alexa or google home, and you need to change the color occasionally, these are a great value!
At a little less than $45 each, these aren't cheap lights.
They're not the cheapest at about $45 but are essential if you are planning to control every aspect of your home from your recliner.
Competitiveness
If all you are going to do is to turn the lights on and off using a switch, get a much cheaper alternative.
They'll cost a bit more than some of the cheap off-brand lighting you can find online.

Out of the box these lights require approximately 3 to 4 inches of headroom above the ceiling for the control boxand light fixture a little electricity and you are off and running

I like a little bit of control over the lights so voice control isnt part of my plans im not going to show my kids how voice control works on the lights because resetting them daily sounds like a constant chore
