Pros

Color of white can be changed to match exiting lights. Warmth can be switched from white to daylight. More expensive than many but extra brightness and light warmth control makes it worth it.

Cons

It's annoying not having lights work properly whne installing them in the house. Having to call an electrician to check your work is unnacceptable.
