Cons

It's incredibly disappointing to invest in a product that starts to malfunction so quickly. Not enough for me. It is made very cheaply.

When i took shower, the plastic shower head face that screws on, popped loose. Jury is still out, but leaning toward a guilty of junk verdict. Do yourself a favor and go to lowe's or a hardware store and just buy one from there that isn't plastic.

Works great and is easy to install.

Great pressure, 3 different spray controls and a shut off to conserve water.

It unfortunately only lasted us about 6 months before it cracked and started to spray water onto the ceiling.

Adding a star for good customer support thoit was nice, with strong water pressure while it lasted.

I got it for a great price so hopefully it goes down again.

I had no idea what i was getting for this steal of a price.
