I followed directions they provided on helping it to fluff up after shipping.

Take it out of the packaging and let it lay out somewhere and just fluff it every once in a while for the day.

The initial product received was hand marked in the package as a palatial king however i believe it was marked incorrectly by accident per the dimensions below
