One thing i did notice was the comforter did have a smell but it was not noticeable once put into a duvet

The first one we did not use a duvet cover and washed it regularly

I purchased for thickness and it might not work for me in the summer as it’s super thick

There is so much down in this comforter that it is like sleeping with a weighted blanket on
