The item arrived quickly and is delivered in a box with the topper rolled up, have some scissors to hand so you can cut it free, first thing i noticed was there was no serious smell of chemicals like other reviews have mentioned, however there was a very faint (newish) smell but that’s to be expected from any new mattress being released from its packaging so in not sure if other people have sensitive noses or there was in fact an issue with there product but i noticed nothing at all, to be honest i didn’t even feel the need to air it out for a few hours as other have also recommended but obviously this is something which is at the discretion of the customer.  Read Less
