Good afternoon i recently use the drum that i purchased from you a few weeks ago and unfortunately on my printer it continue to say replace drum the ink is very faded and it is not printing i have taken out the drum and put it back into the printer more than two times to double check and it still giving the same issues i’ve even tried it on another printer that i have so i am very upset with the item that i’ve received i’ve only attempted to use it twice and it has not worked
