It only lets you use hp cartridges

I had a problem using lxtek in my hp office jet pro 6978 and wrote a review explaining that the hp screen kept showing the message improperly installed and now matter how many times i tried reinstalling the cartridge it would shoe the message and not allow me to go any further

Usually remanufactured cartridge has trouble getting windows to read the ink level sometimes rejecting the cartridge as empty

My canon mx490 gave a message which read “ communication problem with cartridges“this made me upset and i felt as if i wasted my money

I have kept it stored in a cool dark area but never opened the box to inspect it when my order arrived and my return timeframe has passed
