Comes with a charger but nowhere to charge it on the prduct. The remote is not working, the protector is off and battery is in. Came broken and missing pieces, second one came busted and barely even works.

The power button and charging port is under the fur on the butt plug

The remote does not turn on the tail

The plugtail must be turned on 1st then the remote can pause it change the vibration mode or tail movement
