They still look spanking new yet not working. Terrible customer service, terrible product. Major bummer.

M-audio usually has great products but was disappointed. Buy the casio sp-20 instead. It's really cheap and i should of listens to my instincts and bought the roland pedal for $20 dollars more here on amazon. Do not buy.
