These machine screws are very nice quality and consistent but seem to have a non standard head.
Competitiveness
I found that in new ibm and lenovo servers it is enough to prevent the hot swap tray from sliding into the server.
In some much older dell and supermicro servers that seemed to have a lot more play in the tray than the new ones do they seem to work fine.

The angled part of the head leading down to the shaft of the machine screw is deeper than any others i have seen or have to compare to and results in the the head of the screw bottoming out in the cage leaving the flat head protruding slightly a mm or less
