Pros & Cons
Pros
A bird's beak paring/peeling knife is indispensable. Purchased after seeing a review on atk.
Cons
It is small for a man's hands. It is way overpriced. It costs about 1/2 of what the shun bird beak costs.
Highlights
Quality
I would have preferred it to be sharper, but it' still a stellar product.
Be sure to only wash and dry by hand, mac knives are very good quality but will rust easily if not handled correctly.
Packaging/appearance
The packaging is lovely, well-fitted and handsome, like so many japanese products.
