Super sharp. Amazing sharpness. The blade comes ultra sharp out of the box. This knife comes surgically sharp from the factory.

It’s nimble, and very diverse. Durable, no bs design and sharp. It keeps an edge really well, handles very well.

Sharpens easily and most importantly sharpens easily. This knife just stays sharp with honing. Requires professional sharpening.

The blade is thin and sharp for easy slicing and chopping, although i wouldn't recommend it for heavier tasks like cutting through bones.

Cons

The knive is paper thin and that combined with the 2 piece handle just makes for a fragile feeling knive.
