Cutting Performance
Customers highly praise the Mac Knife Original Utility Knife's cutting performance, describing it as engineered for production, easy to keep razor sharp, and perfect for various soft food items such as fruits, vegetables, and meats. Some users caution against using it for hard materials like bones. Overall, the knife is a favorite among customers due to its thinness, ease of sharpening, and long-lasting use.
Highlights
Quality
Same great quality and very happy with product.
These mac knives are my favorite for any cutting, chopping, slicing, whatever.
The blades are thin and very, very sharp and outlast all of my other knives which i have since given away.
One caveat, , something like this is absolutely not made for cutting through heavy beef bones etc.
Price
A really great product for the price!
Competitiveness
They cut better than knives i have that cost upwards of $125.
I got a set of these knives back in the mid 1970s through an offer from shell with my gas bill.
