Pros & Cons
Pros
The quality of the steel helps it keep a keen edge even after working on the cutting board for 10 hours straight seven days a week. Holds an edge for an amazingly long time and sharpens back up to its factory edge with the recommended sharpener.
Great for delicate task and for * out prep. The six-inch blade is perfect weather needing precision detail work or smashing through a case of bell peppers. Blade is razor sharp, thin and easy to maneuver.
It is bigger than paring and boning knives. Chef buddy likes it better than the shun he had to have reground to 18 degrees.
Bought epson printer and scanner through amazon. Epson has best customer service i've come across. Will very definately purchase more of these knives.
It cuts a grapefruit or orange cleanly with no effort. It cuts harder veggies just as cleanly.
