Pros
When sharpened well is the ideal paring knife. Holds an edge well and is easy to sharpen. They sharpen with the back of a plate or a ceramic sharpener. It sharpens like a razor blade.
These two mac knives are my go-to knives in the kitchen nowadays. To my knowledge, there is no better all around knife on the planet. Same goes for the 8 chef's knife.

My ceramic knives both large and small broke with very little provocation
