Pros
This utility wagon is exceptional in quality. The little table is a great bonus too! This thing rocks.
It's the sturdiest, most handy, and easiest to use item like this i've ever seen. Originally purchased this as a way to cart around our two dogs. Life is so much easier carting groceries, small luggage etc.
Cons
The lock that holds the handle in place often doesn't. The way it’s steers and the attachment of the handle separate from the wheels makes it difficult to maneuver. It's not even close to the first wagon (different manufacture) i purchased.
Very poor customer service. Returning it today, may 8. The return window is quite short and i missed my opportunity but want to share to inform other's purchase decision.

It is impossible to store the wagon upright because immediately the wheels start rolling and it falls.

I searched until i found this one for just $15more, just under $75, most are over $100.
It’s worth the money, especially if you have a lot of stuff to carry.
Shipping
It saved us alot of time loading and unloading suv.
We use it to transport groceries, etc back-and-forth at the marina to our boat.

I got on amazon and ordered this wagon and got it overnight, in time to use it to pack up at end of show.
Packaging/appearance
This came completely assembled, opened easily, closed again easily, and held a ton of stuff for our picnic.
We packed this wagon full of boxes, and, after uhaul canceled our dolly rental, it even carried furniture too.
I use it for my son’s football games as i’m a team mom and i’ve packed so much stuff into it.
Competitiveness
This is the only brand i could find that had a foldable table attached.
