The extending hinge and magnet cradels my samsung phone perfectly, and i'm extremely pleased with both the product and the seller.
Great product magnet holds my 7 gps unit so far my gps had not fallens off of magnet when i use it in my car .
The picture shown in the product description explicitly displays an included support pieceupdate:just received an intact replacement.
I like the strong magnet on the support and the variety of stick-on magnets that come with the unit.
Price
Price is great, product is great and i would recommend it to anyone.
Aside from that, this is fantastic for the price.
Packaging/appearance
Con:it was a little cumbersome to hook on to my air vents in the car.

Not only does it hold tight if the phone does slip from a big bump the small foldout legs stop the phone from falling

The metal plate is held in place toward the top of the phone so naturally when i put my phone sideways and center it on the pad only about half of the metal plate is directly over the magnets in the pad and my phone begins to slide off

This is the only device i found that had two key features making it work as intended it has a stopper on the back so that your vent doesnt go all the way down with the weight of the phone and it has a small ledge for the phone so the phone rests on it and less risk of it falling off the magnet

Unfortunately this one is missing the articulated arm that supports the weight of any attached device
