If my measurements of floor to doorknob were in error by even 12 inch the brace would not be able to be put in place at the proper angle for resistance

I had to return due to being to short for my door to the floor

This give a better sense of security against forced collapse since the pin goes thru two holes in each section of the bar instead of just one
