Pros
They never set off metal detectors, they are very comfortable (after you break them in a bit) and yes they only last about 8-12 months of constant wear but heck they are $40! Always fit like a glove. But my size base on this style, it's a bit loose.
No these are not shoes that you will ever get re-soled but they look very trendy (for an old fart like me) and sharp.
Cons
The exterior of the shoe is cracking and pealing in several places. The heel makes a noise similar to psssssst with every step. Not sure if it was mislabeled on insidenof shoe or just bad quality.
Low quality is a shame, because otherwise i really liked them. Amazon really needs a way to rate vendors. It's almost like they are a cheap knockoff version.
Worn twice and they are creased. But elastic will loose after some days. The material is like meant to disintegrate.

I missed the return period so i unfortunately can’t return them but overall he liked the quality.

They are however cheap shoes no insult intended not your handstitched leather jobs from italy and if worn frequently will probably only last about a year or so
