The balm keeps the wild hairs in place and makes my beard look professionally groomed. It leaves a shine that will make your beard glisten in awe.

Cons

It smells like clove to me, and a lot of it. The smell of eucalyptus is overwhelming. If you don't know what pine tar smells like and assume it's sort of woodsy, it's not.

I bought this balm thinking it was unscented since i am tired of all the various scented brands.

That competitor i mentioned has a textured rim on the lid and a screw-top close, which helps a lot.
