Card Quality
Customers have a generally positive opinion on the card quality of the Magic: The Gathering Starter Commander Deck – Chaos Incarnate (Black-Red). While some noted that the card stock is lighter than usual, most were pleased with the selection and value of cards provided, including popular choices like Sol Ring and Arcane Signet. A few customers mentioned the need for additional cards for a better early game and ramping, but overall, the deck was considered a strong introduction to the Commander format and a good budget option.
Highlights
Quality
The only drawback is being able to keep track of the buffs that different cards give each other, which this zombie deck is highly built on.
I bought this for my girlfriend, she really loves it, she says it is very powerful and well balanced.
These cards are good with handling big groups but it needs more cards to finish the job.
It may be pre constructed, but it’s still powerful.
Price
This is a great budget deck for beginners or someone looking to change things up.
Total cost of the deck, if you were to put this together yourself, would be in the realm of $75.

Packaging/appearance
Everything arrived as expected and in good condition

I've come close to beating veterans with $300+ decks.
Surprisingly, it has some really competitive cards in it that can help keep up with most decks brought to a pod.

Some veterans can keep all the numbers in their heads but get some counters or dice of different colors because you will have multiple cards buffing each other like a weird wwe zombie tag team
