I think the lack of contrast and sharp lines in the original art are what is causing the "washed" effect under the glare of the foil.

The quality of the print seems fine to me.

All cards in booster were lotr, like it should be.

Card were centered in the box and wrapped in cardboard so were completely undamaged.

Box was unopened, sealed and in ok condition (slightly crushed edge from shipping).
