I've also done some research and found that the seller rarely tampers with the packs, it's buyers who go through them then return them.
The box was not tampered with and i'm happy with the purchase.
Thankfully it came in sealed with the wotc plastic wrap and nothing was tampered with.
Packaging/appearance
I didn't think to check the packaging on the boxtopper so can't say if it was opened but the card was meh.
**** edit***thanks to amazon's easy return process i took the box to the khol's by my house and a new one was delivered in one bus.

Problem no box topper the plastic wrap was slit and you can tell the box was opened

As you can see in pic 1 if you look at the text directly below the barcode the pack has been resealed and it looks like melted back together

In pic 2 if you look down and to the right of the barcode there is a hole in the foil and then hard to see in picture a small line going to the top of the pack where you can see its been resealed

Pic 3 is to demonstrate multiple packs were resealed the same sloppy way
