The set also includes stick on bats but those are more halloween and don’t really go with the harry potter theme so i didn’t use those

The tie and glasses seem adult sized because they fit me but they could work on a bigger child

Blowing up the balloons takes the most time then you just feed the tied ends onto the plastic strip to form the arch

I originally got these for a themed harry potter birthday party but the theme changed last minute so i had to use them for something else
