Works great im glad that ive buyed if you are wondering about using this with asthmanefrin fill the medicine cup that comes with fill it about half way with water and 1 tube of the medicine i did that and after 3 deep breaths my chest felt great this works really well take it anywhere with me and take my treatments when i want dont have to carry a bunch of stuff for years i have had sinus problems tried medication that had way to many side affects

One button turns it on and off and one ejects the top blue portion for cleaning
