You press the button and listen out its plenty loud enough if the beeper isnt obstructedstuffed under a pillow so the first press or two will generally let you know if you need to go in to silent hunter mode gaffer tape over the kids mouths to stop them yelling about your lost keys and the fact that you are rather late now daddy

Life is so much easier with one of these so many times just about to leave the house and me keys have vanishednot any more just press ah button and they appear

Fabulous since buying this for my husband hes not asked once where are my keys or said i cant find my credit cards

You have to remove the plastic film from the back of the batteries in all the small key finders first
