If i get home and its dark i use the remote in the car to turn on the lights no fondling for any sockets

You dont even have to point the remote towards the appropriate power socket just click the button on the remote and your item turns on

Agree with the comments of a previous reviewer that they wont fit side by side on a power board but there is no problem with side by side on two wall sockets

Work brilliantly no setting up just plug in and go

They work brilliantly theres an onlyjustaudible click when theyre turned on but this is much quieter than shuffling the shelving unit forward reaching down behind it turning on the socket and knocking something over on the way out
