Pros & Cons
Pros
There are three spaces so that the entire front and back of knee might be iced. Has given me so much relief from a torn meniscus. It ices both side of the knee and the back too.
Cons
The fabric is so thin that the ice gets the skin dangerously cold. The only way to safely use is to layer with towels making it bulky and not practical.
Highlights
Quality
The ice packs included are good quality - much like some i've had for ten years or so.
It’s so soft and comfortable and feels and looks like very high quality.
Competitiveness
Would recommend it for everyone’s “medical” arsenal.
