Holds it coldness very good as well. It is still flexible after being frozen which makes it easy to conform to the back and neck. My only real gripe is that it's harder to cool because of its size.

This thing works fantastic! Gel works great. It works well & stores easily!

There seems to be too much padding/covering on the gel for it to be effective. It feels like the gel is minimal and it always runs to the ends.
