I love these ice packs you dont have to open up a folder to put part of the ice pack in its all in one i do have other hot packs that id rather use for heat i dont even want to try and use this as a heat pack it might be okay but im not willing to ruin it and i did buy two so if i forgot to put the first one in to get it cold i have the spare

What i don’t like is that you have to slip it through an opening in order to velcro it on which can be awkward

Hip replacement is coming up so i wanted something that would cover more than a couple inches
