Hes having some pain lower down his arm and this is one of the only ice packs that comes down nearly to the elbow

It feels wonderful when used as a heat packexcept that due to the fact that the gel compartment is one connected array of channels the heated gel drifts downward and collects at the bottom of the arm portion
