Pros
This ice pack is a life saver. This product is well made, thought out, and versatile. I feel it is a good buy.
Cons
The fabric is so thin that the ice gets the skin dangerously cold. The only way to safely use is to layer with towels making it bulky and not practical. Straps are difficult to maneuver as you try to get it in place.

Said to use ice packs on them but i just had a flat ice pack that didnt cover the bottom and the back and sides of my heels

Stays really cold for a long time

I get this cold in the freezer and it stays cold healing my knee stays colder an hr then i takeoff and put back in the freezer in the special bag they provided
