Bulk powders need to stop being seen as disreputable suppliers. Each one of their tablets contains only 70mg of elemental magnesium. Not 500mg. Not even 250mg. This needs to be made clear by the supplier.

Easy enough to swallow, seem to be doing a good job helping with sleep, taken with zinc
It seems to be a good quality product with an easy to open lid (not child proof).
Bit disappointed with all the fillers/binders to be honest.
Therefore, the magnesium wasn't absorbing as it should and mearly pulled water into the gut.
Price
Good price and great value for money.

Packaging/appearance
Come in a handy pouch which is easily posted through letter box (so no waiting for parcel) and plenty of them so will last a while.
Bizarrely this was not the case, as i just received an even more massive bottle which was more than half empty (picture attached).
The size of packaging for the amount of product is so wasteful, more sustainable packaging is definitely needed.
They come in a too large container and shake about in the post, coating the pills with dust.

Anyway, bisglycinate tends to be absorbed slightly better but also a bit more expensive.

The bottle is massive compared to the contents which isnt specific to this brand they all seem to do that which is a bit wasteful
