The capsules are of the usual size and easy to * without any particular taste. It has a nice flavor and mixes smoothly in water. Since it's zero calories, it doesn't upset my stomach.

Naturebell magnesium glycinate has everything i look for in a supplement. It is made in the usa with globally sourced ingredients in a cgmp facility. This is the best mag i've tried so far.
Cons
Too much mag is not good. To me, that makes this company dishonest and deceptive.
The powder in the container i received is brick hard. Would settle at the bottom after blending it several times and was chunky. Constipated and bloated. Is the rest filler?
