Pros

Purely holistic's magnesium malate helps detox aluminum, a notorious neurotoxin. Magnesium malate is the most bioactive form of magnesium which is a plus. The benefits that i’ve really noticed are better sleep and elimination of leg cramps.

These magnesium malate pills are a hard oblong shape, and are very pleasant to smell. I am big on smelling supplements before taking them, and these all have such pleasant fresh smells.

Cons

This type of magnesium is supposed to be more easily absorbed. These pills are so huge i could not * them. Threw them right in the trash and will never purchase again and do not recommend at all.
