The dowl lofts out, easy to clean and does an excellent job.
I liked that it kept the right heat setting and the food cooked evenly, no hot spots.
The warm setting is great it doesn't overcook and i can't recommend this slow cooker enough.
I start the pot on high then reduced it to low after it starts to boil.
