Hgtv doesn't offer any kind of reasonable forum for feedback, so i'ma put my comments here. Very disappointed and unimpressed. That’s a real disappointment. They are not deserved.

A bunch of lackluster recipes using a lot of processed foods. Lots of the recipes are bland, highly reliant on things like way too much cheese for any one 9x13 inch pan, and ingredients like processed cheese and rotisserie chicken. I'm appalled by how... Read More

The directions for the angel good cake say to “beat to stiff glossy peaks. The recipe calls for 25-30 minutes baking time. Oven times are too short, or my oven is running cool, which is a good possibility.

The book is not. Donating this book. While the layout of the book is pleasing, the photos look like they have some kind of dark instagram filter over them.

This cookbook is full of super indulgent, processed or otherwise inflammatory foods. The food is just often overpowered by heavy-handedness.
